However, if your account remains inactive for a period of two (2) years, you will be notified by  <strong><\/strong> and if you do not respond within the timeframe communicated by <strong><\/strong>, your data will be deleted.<\/p>\n\n<p>Survey responses conducted by <strong><\/strong> are retained for a period of 3 years; after this period, the data is deleted. However, these retention periods may be extended or shortened if:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You exercise, under the conditions set out below, one of the rights granted to you;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A longer retention period is permitted or required by law or regulation, or to ensure the protection of our rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Payment method data is not stored by <strong><\/strong>. It also allow<\/strong>s you to request that incomplete information about you be completed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>right to erasure<\/strong>: this allows you to obtain the deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention periods.
